Principle
Premixed combustion infrared heating technology, also known as infrared radiation combustion technology, adopts a complete premixed air combustion method. The ejector naturally ejects the air through the gas pressure (air excess coefficient is 1.03-1.06) into the burner cavity and passes through It is completely mixed and burned on the surface with porous combustion radiant panel. The burning flame is short or even invisible, so it is also called "flameless combustion".
Gas（燃气） + Oxygen（氧气） = CO2（二氧化碳） + H2O（水蒸气） + IR heat（红外热能）
Pre-mixed combustion infrared heating technology mixes gas and air in advance, and burns on a porous radiant combustion plate, which can effectively suppress the emission of CO and NOX. NOX emissions are less than 40mg/m³ (at 3% oxygen content).
