1.Overview
1092 Cast coating machine consist of : paper-unwinding stand , air - knife coating device , pneumatic open type hot air drying system , large diameter glazing cylinder , paper reeling machine , drive system and electrical control seven parts.
Cast coat paper characteristic : High gloss , Glossiness > 85° . High ink absorption . High adaptability for ink .

Paper-unwinding stand using new type electric Paper-unwinding stand.
Air - knife coating device consist of bracket , Air - knife unit , backup roll , coating roll , coating trough . knife lip using stainless steel , knife body using alufer . knife lip and knife body interstice 0.4-1.0mm , can omnibearing separate adjust , maintain uniform coating .
Drive system using electric motor drive , speed control by frequency variation , speed accuracy , high stability.
