1. General introduction
HZ100 Power Pontoon Bridge Series is a kind of heavy pontoon equipment. It is suitable for constructing floating bridges MLC80 to ensure tracked load 72t or wheel load less than 83t to cross over the rivers whose current velocity is less than 3m/s. It can also be used as ferrying rafts of 20t, 40t, 65t, and 85t.
A complete set of power pontoon bridge consists of 8 interior bays (each interior bay is equipped with 2 x OBMs), 2 ramp bays, 10 transport vehicles and auxiliary equipment.

3. COMPONENTS
3.1 Interior bay
Interior bay is used to construct pontoon bridge and ferrying raft. An interior bay weights 10t. It is combined by 2 bow pontoons and 2 roadway pontoons. The main size of unfolded interior bay is 10m of length, 8.3m of width and 1.35m of height with 5m of carriage way.
Each bow pontoon of interior bay has installed one set of power system which is made up of Outboard engine, reversed frame, operation handle, battery, control box and oil tank.

3.2 Ramp bay
Ramp bay is used as shore part of pontoon bridge or shore ends of ferrying raft. The unfolded ramp bay weights 10t which is of 10m length, 7.24m width, 1.03m height of bow pontoon and 0.8m height of roadway pontoon.
3.3 Transport vehicle
Transport vehicle is refitted by 8×8 wheeled cross-country truck, with turning rack, mobile platform, stable support leg, hanger frame, hydraulic system and electrical system on it.
The transport vehicle is used to fold, load and transport interior and shore bays as well as to transport and erect gangplank.
