Main working principle of this machine : fiber are fed into the double rollers and delievered to the open cotton roll , then passed on to middle doffer and main cylinder from the breast cylinder.

Each cylinder is equiped with four groups and five groups of working roll carding zones for multiple carding; after that, the evenl carded cotton fleece is output from the doffer roll to the lapping machine feeding lattice for forming nets.

Output: 100kg/h - 300kg/h
