One Step Cardiac Marker Test is a series of rapid direct binding test for the qualitative detection of cardiac Troponin 1 (cTnl)/ Myoglobin/ CK-MB in whole blood, serum or plasma as an aid in the early clinical assessment of myocardial infarction. The test is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are employed to identify cTnl, myoglobin and CKMB specifically.
