Q1: What's your delivery time?A: If you choose expedited shipping by air (DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.) it will take about 3-7 days depending on the region of delivery. Standart shipping by air (USPS, Canada post, EMS etc.) takes about 7-14 days depending on the region of delivery. Shipping by sea takes about 25 days.Most of our products are in stock. We send them in 2-3 days after receiving an order. If the product isn't in stock, the handling time takes up to 2 weeks. However, normally, we produce our products much faster. In case of an individual order, handling time can take up to 3 weeks.

A: First we pack each item in bubble and stratch wrap, than we pack the ordered items in individual polifoam box/boxes. At a client's request an order can also be packed a carton or wooden box. When shipping large items we might use a box with wooden supports.
