Inspection and replacement of automobile spark plug:

1. Spark plug removal: remove the high-voltage branch line on the spark plug and mark the original position to avoid installation dislocation. To prevent debris from falling into the cylinder, we need to remove dust and debris from the spark plug during disassembly. During the disassembly, the spark plug sleeve is used to cover the spark plug firmly, and the sleeve is rotated to remove it.

2. Spark plug cleaning: spark plug oil or carbon deposit should be cleaned in time, it is recommended not to use flame barbecue. If the ceramic core is damaged or broken, it should be replaced.

3. Spark plug inspection: the normal color of the spark plug electrode is grayish white. If the electrode is burned black with carbon deposit, it indicates that there is a fault. During the inspection, the spark plug can be connected with the cylinder block, the central high-voltage wire can be used to contact the spark plug terminal, and then the ignition switch can be turned on to observe the position of high-voltage electric jump. If the electric jump position is in the spark plug gap, it means that the spark plug works well, otherwise it should be replaced with a new spark plug.
