[Detection method]
First, the product should be used at room temperature 15-30 °C. If the weather temperature is lower than 15 °C during use, it is recommended to leave the product at room temperature for a period of time and then test it after meeting the temperature conditions.
Second, the testing process:
The first step: open the box and use a cotton swab to sample from the dog's rectum or fresh feces;
Step 2: Dip the cotton swab stick with the sample into the collection tube containing the sample buffer and mix well;
Step 3: Take out an unopened canine parvovirus test card, tear off the aluminum foil bag from the side incision, take out the test card, and place the test card on a horizontal table;
The fourth step: use a disposable pipette to suck the collection liquid in the collection tube, and accurately drop 3 drops into the S hole in the test card, and interpret it within 3-5 minutes, and judge the result according to the line condition of the detection area.
Detection method]
1.Collect samples with fresh cotton swabs (fresh feces).
2.Put the cotton swab into the diluent bottle and mix well.
3.Drain the collected liquid from the bottle with a dropper and add 2-3 drops to the hole of the test card S.
4.Wait 3-5 minutes for the result interpretation
Positive negative invalid
[Explanation of test results]
1. Positive: A red band appears in each of the T line position and the C line position.
2. Negative: no red band appears at the T line position, and a red band appears at the C line position.
3. Invalid: There is no red strip at the C line position, only the red strip appears at the T line position, or there is no red strip at the T line position and the C line position.
(positive: presence of canine parvovirus)
(negative: no canine parvovirus)
(Invalid: improper operation or other reasons)
[Precautions]
1. This product is a one-time in vitro test reagent card and cannot be reused.
2. This product is sensitive to extreme temperatures and cannot be stored frozen.
3. This product is extremely sensitive to humidity. If it is not used immediately, do not tear open the aluminum foil bag. Please use it as soon as possible after unpacking, no more than 1 hour.
