Automatic Die Cutting Machine is the main equipment for paper,carton,trademarks and all kinds of paper packing products die cutting.
Our machines equip with high precision intermittent structure,pneumatic plate_lock,air clutch and overload protection to ensure the high speed and high running steady of machines.And in order to make fulfill working efficiency of our machines,we also add the pre code paper part,twice paper feeding structure,variable speed paper feeding structure,auto paper collecting structure,pneumatic sampling structure,auto timing oil lubricating and the forced air cooling for main drive lubricating devices to this machine.
All our electrics and driven parts are international famous brands so that we can ensure the high die cutting precision and steady when machines running.The PLc and electronic monitor control the system,which makes the problems adjusted and solved more easily.The electrical box is cooled by air convection device to protect the electric components running steady under the controlled temperature.

System introduction
Feeding and Collecting Part
1. The extra feeder can do paper and corrugated board,Install the vacuum pump of BECKER.
2.At the middle of head install the monitor ,worker can easily see the back
3. Pre-paper pile design and special pneumatic bench can save much time
4. The non-stop sampling system can check the board accurate without stop the machine
Feeding table
1. Additional brush wheels and pressing wheels for thin paper and corrugated board running
2. Advance push and pull lay of registration can assure the die cutting precision
3. Rikko light front lay detection system prevent the slanting paper move in main body
Main body
1. Adopt automatic centralized lubricating system and setting main chain lubricating system by HMI
2. Patented design shock absorption system can prolong the life of main body and increase the pressure
3. The intermittent gearbox made in Taiwan can assure the accurate registration and decrease the gripper attack
Diecutting part and Delivery system
1. Diecutting chase fixed accurately by pneumatic lock system
2. Diecutting plate is putted in and out by air floating device
3. Electric clutch system of main chain can assure the chain steady when it is stopped at high speed
4. Main chain and assist chain is lubricated periodically controlled by PLC
5. Protection window of diecutting can hold the main body clean
Stripping section
1. Double action movement structure with upper and lower stripping frame facilitates die change
2. Male/female diecutter model are available for different carton
3. Match with the centerline registration system in die cutting area, there is a same system in the stripping section.Accurate positions can increase production efficiency
4. Gripper front edge waste removal system for higher production efficiency

We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit, pay the 70% balance before delivery.

Our factory located in Dongguang County,Hebei Province,China., near to the capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Bejing airport directly and we will pick you up there.
