Working process:
Sweet melting pot --- sweet storage tank --- vaccum sweet boiler machine ---sweet cooling table --- batch roller ---rope sizer---candy cutter
Sweet mixing making pot and storage tank:
Put the raw materials into the pot, the pot will heat and mix the raw materials to make sweet. Heating method is heat transfer oil heating. (this machine can be replace by customer own boiler)
Vacuum sweet boiler machine:
Remove air bubbles and improve candy product quality.
Sweet cooling table:
Mainly using water circulation cooling, suitable for cooling sweet after cooking.
Batch roller & rope sizer:
This machine is a special equipment for pulling the sweet group (sweet block) into a long strip. The sweet group (sweet block) at the appropriate temperature (heat preservation function) is placed in the heat preservation roller(batch roller machine) to make the sweet group (sweet block) into a tapered candy column. Under the action of the pulling roller (rope sizer), the candy column is drawn into a evenly sliver candy column, which will be used by the cutting machine. (The distance between the rollers can be adjusted to match any size cutting machine).
Candy cutter :
Connect with the roller sizer machine, the sliver candy column will be enter into the cutter mold directly. The cutter mold is customized according to customer candy diameter size and final candy thickness requirement. One machine can be equipped with different cutter mold for different candy size.
Cooling screen:
Three layers vibration cooling screen , which has the long transport distance so that the candy can be cooling for a long time, vibration function will prevent the candy stick each other or with machine.
Machine features:
The machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which meet the food hygiene and safety.
One machine can be used to make different shape candy according to change the candy former mold.
One machine also can be used to make different size but same shape candy according to change the candy former mold.
