The chain pulverizer is an impact crusher that pulverizes the impact of the block by a chain that rotates at a high speed. The crushing mechanism is a pair of rotors with 4 to 8 sets of multi-row chains. The rotors are installed in parallel in the casing, and each has a separate motor drive and rotates in opposite directions. When the rotor is stationary, the chain hangs due to gravity, when the rotor At high speeds, the chain stretches radially around under the action of centrifugal force. The material added to the machine is continuously crushed by the chain striking and the impact between the materials, and the pulverized material is discharged from the discharge port below the gap between the two rotors. The thickness of the material can be achieved by reducing the number of chains. When the crusher is filled with the maximum load of the chain, the material can be broken to less than 1 mm.
