The Alpha APS-4 Series ATC CNC Router is a great machine if you want to streamline your CNC production process. Routing is driven by Syntec industrial CNC controller with an easy to use system interface. The 4 axis controller support the spindle can rotate 180 degree. And machines includes a 9kw(12 HP) high frequency automatic tool changer spindle with an 10 position tool holder rack . Your product shop benefits from high speed precision motion, a maintenance free and efficient CNC cutting system, and increased production and profits.
It can process wood, foam, MDF, HPL, particleboard, plywood, acrylic, plastic, soft metal and many other different materials.

Main Features
1.The whole machine adopts heavy duty seamless welding of steel structure, which is with strong bearing capacity and small deformation.
2. Adopt linear-type automatic tool change system, the tool change time only needs ten seconds, which saves tool change time and improves production efficiency.
3. The spindle can rotate to 180 degrees which makes the machine can process 3D and 4D objects;
4. High Z axis design, the Z axis height is more than 400mm, which is more suitbable for thick workpieces processing.
5. Taiwan Syntec industrial control system. The controller is a 4 axis controller. Intelligent processing speed control can control the processing speed separately, improve processing efficiency, extend tool life, and increase yield. The intelligent processing cross-border protection function prevents mechanical collisions caused by the design layout exceeding the processing range.
6. The File Preprocessing function helps users correct errors in processing files in time, and it is well compatible with processing codes generated by Powermill/Aspire/Type3/Artcam/Solidworks etc. The three-dimensional curve prediction algorithm, the broken line is stable, to ensure the speed and accuracy of the curve.
7. Dust collector device: The dust collection system can absorb wood chips and debris during the machine working, and maintain the equipment in disguised form to keep the workbench clean; the six-zone vacuum adsorption table can be used for adsorption of different sizes of plates instead of The mechanical plate fixing in the past has shortened the loading and unloading time of the plate outside of processing.
8.It has the function of breakpoint and continuous engraving after power failure, and automatic error correction function when returning to the origin, which effectively guarantees the processing accuracy when working for a long time.

The Alpha APS-4 Series CNC Router utilizes Japan Shimpo gear reducer. These gear reducers are with high precision, and it can increase torque, therefore make the motor more powerful.
Hybrid T-slot and Vacuum table

The High quality APS-4 CNC Router has a 1 inch thick phenolic vacuum table surface mounted onto the steel base frame, keeping a rigid and consistent platform for your sheets and parts to be supported.
The vacuum table surface is multi-zoned which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part processing, (which requires a smaller segmented area). Zones can be turned off easily via control valves on the front of the machine. Gasketing can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles.
This Machine also includes a heavy-duty aluminum T-Slot profile in multiple locations across the table surface. This T-Slot accepts industry standard M8 T-nuts.
Dry Turbo Vacuum pump
The machine use dry turbo vacuum pump, which is no need to add water when the machine is working, saving time and effort. No boiling water vapor, to ensure that the workpiece is protected from moisture.
It is Comes with motor starter, vacuum gauge, filter, check valve and all necessary plumbing to connect to router. It is powerful to absorb the material.
Gantry Support (High Z axis)
The Gantry uprights are made of welding thick steel. Each support is machined for housing the various drive assemblies including motors, bearings, belts, and wiring harnesses.
The hight of the gantry support is more than 400mm, with heavy duty structure design, which is more suiable for thickness material processing.
Heavy duty Gantry
The gantry is constructed of tubular steel with reinforcing ribs welded throughout the length of the column which results in a steady firm beam assembly. This quality engineering and workmanship result in smooth precision cutting.
Pneumatic Material Alignment Stops
The Alpha APS-4 ATC Series CNC machine comes standard with the material pneumatic alignment stops. These pins allow the operator to bank the edge of the material against them precisely aligning the material to the machine origin.

XY Axis Drive Train Assembly
The Alpha ATC Series uses precision Helical gear racks on the X and Y axes. The mounting of the rack is inverted to help keep dust and debris from building up on the drive system, this assures smooth motion and long term reliability. The precision gearbox is directly coupled to the Servo motor and pinion. This eliminates belt stretch inaccuracies assuring high-speed machining while the system positions the spindle accurately.
Base Frame
The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and
stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.
Taiwan Hiwin or PMI square rail&High quality helical rack pinion
The machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin or PMI square rail, which is more than twice durable. And the use of high quality helical rack pinion, makes it high precision.
Dust removal protection cover for rail slider
We have added dust collectors to the outside of each rail slider. The dust cover can remove the dust on the guide rail in advance to prevent dust from entering the guide rail, thereby extending the life of the guide rail.
NEW - CNC Machine Tool Holder Clamp:
The Alpha Plus CNC Machine comes equipped with a tool holder clamp fixture, providing a much easier way of inserting and tightening the CNC router bits into your tool holder. This method is safer and easier than using the common procedure of tightening the collet nut with two wrenches while the tool holder is still in the spindle.
CNC Tool Calibration
Automatic tool calibration pad allows for easy and accurate “Z” zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.
Automatic lubrication system
The automatic lubrication pump can set the time for oil injection. Each time the machine starting, it can automatically inject oil without manual pressing by workers, saving time and effort, and extending the life of the guide rail.
