CTS-2009 TOFD multi-channel ultrasonic detector

Introduction:

CTS-2009 multi-channel TOFD ultrasonic detector is compatible with EU EN12668-1:2010 standard, domestic NB/T47013.10, DL/T330, GB/T 23902 standard, capable of scanning 200mm thick weld seam at one time, with reduction defect characteristics The functional synthetic aperture focusing (SAFT) technology uses an industrial-grade TFT display with full WVGA resolution (800×600). It is fully capable of working outdoors and in direct sunlight, supporting full touch operation and improving detection efficiency. The detector passes the test of China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute and obtains the B-level certificate. It achieves Class A performance index requirements in 14 TOFD detection key indicators such as equivalent input noise and net gain.

1. "3+4+1" multi-channel design: 3 TOFD channels can cover 200mm thickness weld inspection at one time, an ideal alternative to traditional ray inspection; 4 conventional channels can be used for the surface blind zone and bottom blind zone of the weld Cover detection, the probe lines of 3 TOFD channels and 4 PE channels are led out by the same cable; 1 single channel is used as single channel TOFD detection and conventional ultrasonic inspection.

14. Integrate a variety of defect marking functions: rectangular mode, length mode, height mode, free mode, to meet the marking of various defects.

15. Scan the image can be directly copied to the pasteboard and pasted directly in the report; the scanned image can be saved as a picture. The format of the image can be BMP/JPEG/TIFF/PNG/GIF; the detection parameters and defect information are easy to view. The embedded test report template can be customized for the user.

16. Process parameter calculation tool for embedded surface workpiece scanning, multi-channel process parameter calculation tool for flat workpiece, providing user with reference for test process design.

17. The offline analysis software is compatible with both CTS-1008plus and CTS-2009 instruments.

18. Storage capacity up to 16G (external expansion to 32G), storage length up to 5000m or more (highest scanning accuracy); all-weather flaw detection data record.

19. Portable design, weighing only 3.0kg (with battery), easy to carry.
