Carbonated bottle Washing Filling Capping Machine
It is suitable for packing beverage containing gas. Its perfomance is as following: all parts, for instance, filling valve, filling tank, which directly contact medium are made of stainless steel. So it conforms to the requirements of Food Sanitation. Sealing parts are made of heat-proofing rubber, in order to meet the technique requirements of users to sterilize the whole machine at high temperature. Using programmable controller to reliaze fully automatic control from bottles entering to finishing packing. Using transducer as speed regulator, so the user can regulate the machine easily to suit different power requirements. Adopting balanced pressure filling principle and spring valvers in order to assure beverage quality. Using advanced magnetic coupler to regulate cap-screwing torque, in order to assure cap.
This glass CSD filling machine uses high-precision mechanical filling valve, with cylinder liquid level and the back pressure controlled by a variable signal proportional. Fast, stable, accurate, to be vacuum one at a time.The nozzle is a plum-like structure can wash every corner of the sidewall and bottom to make the bottle clean.

Washing Part
1. It is a rotary bottle washing machine has 8 pcs washing valves, it adopts water spray to clean the bottle.
2. Using company original tilting bottle clip, bottle clamp stuck bottleneck, avoid the traditional bottle on rubber clip to block the bottle thread parts may be caused by the pollution.
3. The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel, health and durable.
Filling Part
1. This machine include 8 pcs filling valves. Specially designed according to the liquid feature, and the filling part is designed to be twice pre-evacuation.
2. The filling part is made up of main liquid pipe, rotating cylinder bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, beer tank, filling valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending device, the distributor, height adjusting control,

Capping Part
1. The capping machine is made up of cap holder, capping slideway, capping upper part, capping lower part, elevating part and anti-circling column. Equip with 3 pcs capping heads.
2. After the bottle is transmitted from the filling machine, the capping nozzles have been fed with a bottle cap. The capping nozzles moves downwards the bottle under the capping platform driven by cam guideway.

CARBONATED DRINK PRODUCTION LINE
The Soda Water Filling Line combines washing unit, filling unit, capping unit in one machine, it can fulfill the washing, filling capping automatically. Bottles are fed into the washing machine in order by conveyor, then the bottles are turned over and washed inside by the nozzles. After dripping in line, bottles will be fed to the filling machine automatically to fill liquid with high speed and fixed quantity. After that, the filled bottles will be capped by the automatic capping machine and then be transported to the labeling and packing process,
