Advantage of Direct Cooling Ice Machine

1. Our machine has no other manual valve on refrigeration system. All valves are controlled by PLC automatically, you will never get confused.

2. Our machine harvest time (defrost time ) is very short, 15 minutes normally.

   That’s very important, the advantages are:

    a. save energy, save money

    b. protect the compressors

        during ice making, the pressure is very low, about 1 bar;    but the pressure will get high during harvest(defrost);  working condition is different, that’s bad for compressor.

        Shorter the harvest timer, Better for compressor

    c. ice blocks never melt too much, save water

    d. keep ice blocks cold, that’s good for transportation and storage

3. Easy Installation

        If the system is containerized, there is no other installation except water system. The machine has been commissioned thoroughly in factory.

   4. Error Test

       We can discriminate 20 errors in our system. Once error occur, the alarm screen will show it definitely.

       For example: “lack water”, “lack oil”, “contactor failed”, “PLC dead”, “ oil too heat”, “limit sensor broken”, “compressor overload”, “tower overload ”,

        You can locate the error at once. Don't have to “find” error again.
