* Protein: 4 grams
* Fat: 0.5 gram
* Fiber: 0.3 grams
* Riboflavin: 15% of the RDI
* Thiamin: 11% of the RDI
* Iron: 11% of the RDI
* Manganese: 7% of the RDI
* Copper: 21% of the RDI
Seaweed also contains small amounts of vitamins A, C, E and K, along with folate, zinc, sodium, calcium and magnesium.
While it may only contribute to a small percentage of some of the RDIs above, using it as a seasoning once or twice per week can be an easy way to add more nutrients to your diet.

Making dried seasoned seaweed
- Shred or chop the seaweed.
- Peel, wash and mince garlic
- Wash and chop the chili.
- Roast the white sesame seeds.
- Put the pan on the stove, add oil and seaweed into the pan and mix them. Sprinkle a little salt, sugar and then take out the
seaweed. Notice that just put a little spice into the seaweed, do not give much because it is easy to make seaweed salty.
- Add cooking oil to another pan, put garlic and crispy into it. You also add a pinch of salt and sugar to make the garlic a
little salty.
- Add seaweed and stir well, sprinkle with roasted sesame, continue to stir and then turn off the heat. Can be used immediately or
preserved gradually.
- To keep the seaweed crispy for a long time, after cooking, wait for the seaweed to cool completely, then place it in a jar or
lid. Preservation cool place or refrigerator compartment.
