A simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need, allows you accurately to set the desired temperature and time.
The main function of circulation fan is to ensure the uniform temperature in oven chamber.
When the heating element creates hot air the circulation fan cycles the heat through entire chamber and ensures workparts to be heated evenly.
Supply with two trolleys for easy carrying and loading.
Outer trolley carries inner trolley and objects for outside transportation.
Inner trolley carries objects and does not contaminate the oven chamber, ensures high purity of powder coated elements.
Oven wall is designed with sandwich structure for best insulation possible.
100mm rock wool board is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, prevents temperature dropping.
