LIROMID KDE (COCONUT DIETHANOLAMIDE)
Liromid KDE is used as a thickening and foam stabilising ingredient in dish washes and shampoos.The final shampoo or dish wash must be neutral or slightly alkaline (pH6.5 to 7.5) otherwise the maximum thickening will not be obtained and the solution may become cloudy.
Under the conditions recommended, Liromid KDE gives clear transparent solutions and will not cause itching when used in shampoos.
Properties ; CDE functions as a coactive agent to assist in the formulation of well balanced finished products by increasing the volume of foam produced, stabilising the foam (particularly under soiled conditions), improving the feel and texture of the foam ,improving the viscosity
