 1. Check the appearance

     Clean up the scrap and dust of the spindle, remove the rust of the spindle, and obtain the details of the spindle nameplate for filing.

2. Mechanical Accuracy Testing

    A micrometer is used to detect the end face and conical hole runout at the tool interface, and the test data are registered.

3. Electrical Performance Testing

   The stator coil is insulated to the ground and the coil windings are insulated by a shaking meter or a universal meter, so as to judge whether the coil of the spindle motor is out of phase, damp or open circuit.

4. Bearing Detection

    When disassembling, check whether the original bearing matching is reasonable, and register the original bearing brand type and matching mode.

5. Taper detection

    The universal BT/ISO/SK/HSK high-quality tool handle is used to connect the spindle, and the taper and end-face fitness are tested to check whether the taper repair meets the standard.

6. Dynamic Balance Detection

    Dynamic balancing of rotor and shaft core: Correction balancing is carried out on the two correction planes of the rotor at the same time, and the residual unbalance after correction is controlled within the allowable range to ensure that the unbalance of the rotor reaches the standard in dynamic state.

7. Running-in calibration

    The temperature rise and noise change of spindle in each speed section are collected, and the vibration value of bearing parts before and after maintenance is used to judge whether the indexes of spindle meet the factory standard or not.
