▬▬ Main Function and Features
1. The whole machine motor adopts normal big brand pure copper core motor, with enough power and big WALL-E. It is safer and more durable in processing.
2. The machine adopts infrared photoelectric induction system to prevent the sand belt from deviating. The optoelectronics system adopts South Korean brand photoelectric, the sensitivity is very high.
3. The conveying table adopts the marble table with a thickness of 10 cm, which is more accurate than the steel plate. Steel plate conveying is abandoned because of the problem of machining accuracy caused by long-term operation. It also increases the stability of the fuselage.
4. Equipped with oil-water separation and sand frame cylinder combination, so that the sand frame flaps evenly and powerfully.
5. Equipped with sanding mat to avoid wavy lines.
6. The machine all uses the national standard steel welding, gantry milling, spray treatment.The fuselage is heavier than the fuselage of other manufacturers, so there will be no shivering phenomenon during machine operation.
