Introduction & Advantage:
The CNC Rebar Shearing Production Line is controlled by the numerical control system. It has accurate cutting size, flexible operation, high efficiency and only one operation. It’s economical and practical, the failure rate is low, and the production capacity can reach 50 tons.
1. It adopts hydraulic shearing method, small in size but large in cutting force and output. Compared to the mechanical shearing method, it has the advantage of lower noisy, longer service and more stable, etc.
2. With advanced seal to the hydraulic cylinder, it can greatly increase service life.
3. With hydraulic cylinder pressing material, the steel bar do not rotate during cutting procedure due to the large pressure, which makes the steel bar uniformly cut.
4. Servo motor control system is adopted in Steel bar fixed ruler mechanism to adjust the distance between the sawing blade and positioning baffle through servo motor drive screw mechanism.
5. With encoder measurement, the length precision can up to ±2mm. And various lengths of steel bars can be cut apart.
6. The moving blade is innovation design of oblique edge, which slop is 3 degree larger than those produced in other manufacture of the same industry.
