Machine characteristics:
Saddle type CNC lathe, movable bed, can adjust the distance based on the length of the product.
Option: 2 speed transmission, infinitely variable speeds.
1. The lathe contains mechatronics design, beautiful exterior, and mature product mix. It is easy to be operated, so that one worker can operate multiple lathes at the same time.
2. The lathe bed is made of heavy casting. The heavy casting have went through at least twice aging quality tests and ultrasonic frequency quenching. The integral type casting make the machine tool harder, so that the lathe is extraordinarily stable.
3. ,X, Z axes contains with high-precise rolling screws mandrel, it make a better dynamics and higher precisions.
4. Double row cylindrical roller bearings and Double direction thrust angular contact bearing are used in principal axis. These precise bearings with special design for the main axial of the machinery equipment. These gives a optimized combination of high-precision, high loads and good running speed; moreover, it is more durable.
