DZZ Series electric water distiller is one model of water distiller with water automatic cutts off. When lack of water, machine will automatic cut off power and stop heating, when water return the normal level, it will start heating again. It's more comfortable for customer to use.
Our water distiller has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system,customers could used it safely. You can choose 5L/hour, 10L/hour and 20L/hour capacity according to your demand.

Features
1. All of our electric water distillers are made of stainless steel.
2. Condenser is made of seamless stainless steel pipes, which have good cooling effects and great water produce capacity.
3. The cooled water can return to the vaporizing drum that can save much energy and water.
4. Drain valve can push the water in container, prevent bilge.
5. Immerge electric heating tube is made from copper, which make the heat efficiency better.
6. When lack water, it will auto stop heating. When the return water reach the normal level, then continue heating.

Sturcture And Function

DZ series water distiller consists of three parts: evaporation pot, condenser and electrical device.

1.Evaporation pot
This part is made of 304 high quality stainless steel sheet. The pot body and the lid have a gas-tight rubber ring, and the water cap is arranged inside the lid, which can effectively prevent the steam from dripping into the condenser and affecting the quality of the distilled water. The scale in the pot can be washed with diluted hydrochloric acid solution, and the water cock is installed on the back side of the pot, and the concentrated water can be discharged at any time.

2.Condenser
This part is made of 304 stainless steel sheet with high heat exchange rate and easy to disassemble and clean.
3.Electrical control device
The device controls the water level and heating element operation through the liquid level sensor.
