All the items will be shipped within 3-7 working days for samples, 10-30days for batch, except Chinese weekend or holiday. All the items will be 100% tested carefully before shipping.

Generally 5-8 working days via Express, 14-20 working days via AirMail. 30-40 working days via economical post.

Due to shipping policies change frequently, we will send out clients' parcel by similar efficiet forwarder if our promised method is failed to ship out. For example, we might change Singapore Post to Netherland Post, Swiss Post or Sweden post. Sometimes Netherland/Swiss/Sweden is much faster and has less customs problems.

If you have not received your items within 40 working days, please contact us. We will track the shippment and get back to you as soon as possible with a satisfying reply.

Buyers are responsible for (in case) all additional customs fee or taxes in their country. These additional fees maybe charged at the time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shippments.

The shipping cost is not including any import taxes, so the buyers should be responsible for Customs duties.

We ship to worldwide, except APO/FPO. Please kindly check your address carefully before placing order, we will not responsible for additional remote charges which will usually cost USD35.

The parameter of specification is according to the sample only for reference.

4. How long does it take for my order to be shipped? And how long can I receive it?

    Generally, your order will be shipped within 7-15 working days after your payment verified by us or the third party. But in case of any hot products without raw materials, it will need more time.

    As usual, we recommend the economical shipping method. Of course, you can also choose the others, such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX express services. The shipping time according to the real time when it was evaluated by the courier.

5. How about the warranty?

    We offer 3 years warranty. All products are gone through strict test by our experienced QC before shipment. But there may be some unpredictable problems, we will repair the products for free cost of labor within the warranty period. Manual made fault and damaged do not in our warranty.

1. It is recommended to store the products in the following conditions: Humidity: 60% RH, Max Temperature: 5°C ~ 30°C (41°F ~ 86°F).

2. Shelf life in sealed bag: 12month at <40°C and <90%RH.

3. After the bag is opened, devices that will be subjected to infrared reflow, vapor-phase reflow, or equivalent processing must be: Mounted within 1 year at factory conditions of <30°C / 60%RH, or stored at <20%RH within zip-lock sealed.
