Coconut jelly (Nata de coco) is formed by the fermentation of Acetobacter xylinum bacteria in the environment of old coconut water and coconut milk.
Coconut jelly is a white product like agar jelly, slightly chewy, with the chemical nature of polysaccharide, so it does not have high nutritional value, but it has properties that stimulate intestinal motility to make the regulation of secretion better. This coconut product also prevents cancer and can keep the skin smooth.
