Your pump can last indefinitely with proper care:

1.Don't try to pump to fast, be a beast with it.If so you will heat up the pump and shorten it's life spam.

Do not pump too quickly or the heat will damage the seals. Maximum speed should be about 4seconds per cycle: 2 second up; 2 second down. 

1. Taking a break of 5-10 mins between active pumping of about 75-150 strokes. The pauses were to allow the pump to cool down and not overheat the seals.

2.Lubricate the pump with silicone base. Do NOT use petroleum based lubricants.

How do I  charge a tank ?

Air reservoir ends with a male quick-disconnect Foster fitting for fast refills (requires a female Foster quick-disconnect adapter to fill from a scuba tank or hand pump)
