Q3: How about quality control in your factory?
A3: We have SOP and all the production steps must follow up SOP. Each machine needs run at least 48 hours automatically and must be inspected carefully before shipment.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
A4: 1 set for normal machine about 3-7 working days. If >1 set, about 15-20 working days.
Q5: How long is your warranty?
A5: Within 1 year from trade date. If machine parts are damaged (including quality problem, except wearing parts), our company will provide these parts for free.
Q6: What is your payment term?
A6: T/T 100% before shipment, L/C at sign, Western Union or Trade Assurance order recommended.
