How to adjust gas fill

Just loose the screw, you can open the electric box easily.

Support modified atmosphere packaging

* The left picture is a gas mixer. It will premix O2/N2/CO2 with preset ratio before filling.

* Just connect the vacuum sealer with a seperate gas mixer, it can support modified atmosphere packing, which can keep fresh and original taste of food, also extend shelf life.

How to pack bags?

a. Pull up air switch.

b. Choose pack mode and set time on controller.

c. Insert nozzles into bags and align bag onto seal unit.

d. Press pedal by foot.

e. Remove ready bags.

What information from client is neccessory for correct quotation?

How to connect power before running the machine?

It is easy to connect. Please connect power as in youtube video link https://youtu.be/yY20HayI0ok

How to connect with gas source?

Buyer prepare gas bottle, then connect our machine directly with hose. We leave a hole on the machine for gas connect. The input gas flow can be adjusted.

When the nozzle withdraw back, is there some air flush back into the bag?

This problem happens with many nozzle vacuum sealers in current market, but no worry about our machine.

Special program have been written into our machine. The nozzle will vacuum when it withdraw back, thus the vacuum degree is good enough with our machine.

What kind of air compressor shall we use?

Small air compressor with 30L gas tank, and supply 0.6-0.8Mpa air pressure will be ok.

Shipment term?

1. We ship under FOB or CIF by sea usually.

2. This machine is small, it can also be send by express, or by air.

Payment?

40% prepayment before production, balance before shipment.

Lead time?

7-15days after prepayment.
