Advantages
1. Adopts Huazhong CNC control system two-axis linkage servo CNC grinding system for feed, which can directly input NC files or manually generate programs.
2. Multiple operation modes included, which improve the efficiency of program editing. The CNC system controls the align control of feed amount and feed velocity of X and Z-axis. The system has jog, increment , electronic hand-wheel, automatic grinding and automatic compensation for grinding wheel and more functions.
3.The workbench move in reciprocating motion , it can enable to adjust the reciprocate times and velocity via CNC system. The grinding head adopts high-precision triple-joint bearings, which can ensure the axial and radial runout of the spindle within 0.01mm
