Automatic liquid filling machine
The automatic piston filling machine adopts quantitative filling of the plunger bottle-in, positioning, filling and bottle-out are all automatically controlled by the PLC, conforming to the GMP standard. Applicable for medicine, food, daily chemicals, pesticides and fine chemicals, and other varieties of product filling.

11.Material contact parts are made of SUS304# stainless steel.

Product Details
The entire filling part can accurately position
the bottle and quickly inject the liquid into
the bottle to complete the filling.
The filling nozzle is used to inject
liquid into the bottle, in a straight
line, to avoid spilling liquid.
Servo positioning motor with small error to ensure
clearance fit between bottle mouth and filling
nozzle to avoid material splash during filling.
In order to accurately locate the position
of the bottle, to prevent the material from
spilling out of the bottle.
You can use touch screen to separate piston
and cylinder liner, in order to easier
cleaning for residual materials.
Belt conveyor can convey the bottles smoothly
and avoid bottle shaking.
