About Enamel Coating
Enamel Coating Line is popularly used in multiple industries for anti rust and anti scrtch purpose. Especially in metal sanitaryware production, it's well recognized and used.
Enamel coating properties:
high temperature resisting coating using argon, nitrogen, hydrogen as working gas, the ionizing high temperature melt the powder into plasma forming gas, expands and is accelerated through a shaped nozzle, creating velocities up to MACH 2. Temperatures in the arc zone approach 36,000°F (20,000°K)
Characteristics of enamel coating:
1. high temperature resisting coating can spray all kind of Metal powder, such as Ceramic powder ( Chrome oxide, Titanium oxide, Aluminum oxide, aluminum titanium oxide, Zirconium oxide powder, etc.), Alloy powder (WC-Co, Cr3C2-NiCr), Chrome, Titanium, Silicon powder, etc.
2. Inert gas can be used as working medium to reduce the oxidation of spraying particles.
3. The coating can get high bond strength, low porosity. You can get accurate coating by controlling technological parameter.
Enamel coating is available for both powder and liquid material that come with different spraying technologies. For liquid enamel, it's applied by regular spray guns by spraying painting then send to high temperature furnace. For powder enamel, a special powder coaitng booth will be required with proper security protection.

Process for enamel coating line:
Pre-treatment cleaning:
Automatic degreasing, rinsing and drying. Mainly used for dedusting and derusting. The process includes pickling, alkali rinsing, neutralizing and pure water rinsing. Can be designed by customer requirement or work piece properties.
Sandblasting Machine
There are multiple choice for this machine such as full automatic, semi-automatic or manual. We can help choose the most suitable one according to output rate and customer requirement. The sandblasting machine comes dust collecting device and sand recycle device.
Dust removal unit
Electrostatic dust removal by air blowing and brush cleaning
Preheat oven
Used for heating before painting, the ceramic paint can be more sticky.
Spray booth
There are water curtain and paper filter types available. The purpose is to collect waste paint during painting and reduce environment pollusion as much as possible.
Electric Control System
Central control program by PLC and touch screen. Operator centrally control for conveyor, clean air supply and temperature etc.
