1. Q: How long does it take to cut a screen protector?
A: About 30 seconds.
2. Q:How many screen protectors can be cut by one blade?
A:One blade can cut 450-500pcs, it depends on the size of screen.
3. Q:What makes the machine cut abnormal, or incomplete after put the screen protector into it?
A: please check if the screen protector is put well at the machine; Check if the pinch roller is pressed up; Check if the blade is installed right.
4. Q: There are saw teeth at the edge of the cut film, how to deal with?
A: (1) Power off,and remove the blade holder, check whether there is something at the knife needle
(2) Remove the knife needle, reinstall it, and adjust the scale of the knife backward by one gear, then cut again
(3)Change knife needle. (4)Slow down the cutting speed.
5. Q: The model I want cut don’t have, what to do?
