CANGAS® Nitrogen Generation System incorporates an Atlas Copco Screw Air Compressor, one Atlas Copco Refrigerant Air Dryer,five Parker filters, one CAN Gas Active Carbon Filter and CAPN Nitrogen Generator.
Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of work demand for air compressor. The generator produces nitrogen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven nitrogen generation method. Nitrogen of desired purity at 95%99.9995% is delivered to nitrogen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas.
Nitrogen in buffer tank is maintained at certain pressure. It is adjustable for your needs downstream through a pressure regulator valve.

The Guarantee/Warranty Period shall be a period of twelve (12) months after on-site startup &
commissioning or eighteen (18) months after shipment, whichever occurs first.
If any trouble or defect, originating with the design, material, workmanship or operating characteristics of any Goods, arises at any time during GUARANTEE/WARRANTY period, CAN GAS shall, at his own expense and as promptly as possible, make such alterations, repairs and replacements as may be necessary to permit the Goods to function in accordance with the specifications and to fulfill the foregoing guarantees.

CAN GAS can do paid services of on-site startup, commissioning, installation supervision, training, by providing purchaser with the services of qualified English-speaking engineers at users site, by sending English-speaking engineer to users site.
