FAQ’s

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Basically,we have two standard methods:

One: 30% advance with order,70% upon copy of Bill of Lading

Two: L/C at sight

However,we are flexible and are always thinking to find a balance which is good to both companies. For any big order,we accept 20% advance for us to prepare steel coils.

Q: What is your delivery term?

A: It depends though our usual production leadtime is 2-4 weeks. For standard systems less than 4 containers size,like traditional pallet rack,bulk rack,longspan etc. 3 weeks is just good. We prefer you to speak to our services for accurate delivery schedules. For large orders,partial shipments are preferrable. We are so logical that we keep your installation going on while production continues.

Q: How many color finishes do you have?

A: Here are some standard colors that are commonly used

If you are a big volume buyer,we are happy to do whatever color you like,no extra charge for a special color.

Q: Are you able to offer a customized solution for me?

A: Yes,in fact we are better known for our custom made capability. Just let us know what you are expecting from our systems,and we do the rest of job – the right job.

Q: If I would like to build racks in my house,how do I proceed?

A: We have many similar and success stories like that. Our people are trained to raise questions in a way that you feel comfortable at. Possibly what you need is a taper and one of our specialists is there to talk you through the process including paperwork.

Q: What is your packaging and container loading like?

A: The basic idea is that our packaging is designed to make both loading and unloading easier. Materials from your order are palletized,accessible to a forklift. By listening to our customers who receive their orders at their end,we have been improving protection ability,stacking quantities,banding strength,underneath feet etc. – we also test packaging. All packages and bundles are neatly stuffed in a container. Air pillows are filled in the gap,making sure no movement is expected in transit. At the end of a container,metal wires are used whenever necessary. Please go to our special page "Packaging & Loading" to evidence real pictures on site.

Q: Do you handle shipments?

A: Definitely. Usually in a quotation sheet,an Ex factory price is offered. We are,however,happy to offer FOB POL (Port of Loading) or CIF POD (Port of Destination) as requested. As a manufacturer,A-Plus has more containers than you do for a shipping company,and this enables us to get better rates,which we in turn get these back to you. Besides,we have connections to coordinate custom inspection and unexpected conditions.

Q: Do you have a Quality Claim Procedure in place?

A: Yes,we do. Once you place an order,you are given a 2 years’ quality warranty on all of our systems. We apply either replacement or credits. Please refer to our Warranty Policy posted in this website.
