This product is used for in vitro semi-quantitative detection of luteinizing hormone (LH) in human urine samples. The peak of luteinizing hormone release during the menstrual cycle is closely related to the ovulation of the ovary. Continuous monitoring of the concentration of luteinizing hormone in urine samples can reveal the changes in luteinizing hormone in female urine. Once the peak of auxin appears, it indicates that the ovary is about to ovulate. Therefore, detecting changes in luteinizing hormone concentration can predict ovulation time and screen infertility related to luteinizing hormone.
This product combines a total of three test strips with different threshold values of luteinizing hormone (LH). Based on the color development results of different test strips, the LH level in urine samples can be semi-quantitatively determined.

Test Procedure
1.Take out a Test from the foil bag by tearing at the notch.
2.Holding the 3 in 1 test card vertically, and dip the 3 test strips together into the urine holder.
3.Read results in 5 minutes. Do not read results after more than 5 minutes.
Result Interpretation
1.Invalid: no red line at control (C) line area after 10 mins.
2.Negative (-):All Test (T) lines are lighter than control (C) lines, or no T lines.
3.Three positive conditions
Test 1 positive (+): Only test 1 test (T) line are darker than control (C) line
Test 1&2 positive (++): Only test 1&2 test (T) lines are darker than control (C) lines
Test 1,2 &3 positive (+++): All Test (T) lines are darker than control (C) lines
Note:
1. For normal women of childbearing age in the first two days of ovulation, LH concentration begins to gradually rise and LH suddenly rises to a peak a few hours before ovulation, the peak value is between 50-100mIU/mL. On the day of ovulation process is completed, the LH concentration of most people fell below 25mIU/mL.
2. The level of luteinizing hormone in patients with anovulatory infertility is low, and the test results are negative. In patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the luteinizing hormone test results usually do not show regular changes during the menstrual cycle, and are all weakly positive (+) or moderately positive (++). In patients with follicle luteinization (LUFS), changes in luteinizing hormone are usually irregular during the menstrual cycle. When suspected of follicular luteinization, medical consultation is recommended.
