1. Can I charge my Alkaline or Zinc Carbon battery?

A: Don’t charge an alkaline or Zinc Carbon battery, they are not designed to be charged. If charged there is a high risk of leakage or explosion of the battery.

2. Do you offer OEM service?

A: Yes, we have registered our own brand in more than 40 countries with certificates required, but we also do OEM for our customers.

3. What certificates do you have for your products?

A: As 90% of our customers export our batteries with their finished products, we have applied for all certificates required to enter the desired markets such as ISO14001, ISO9001, Directive 2013/56/eu, Directive [104-142], Reach (EC 1907/2006), MSDS, TPCH, Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods, UL-WERCS, KC Certificate, GB/T 8897.1-2013 / GB/T 8897.2-2013 / GB/T 8897.5-2013, IEC International Standard, etc. And the application for India's BIS is also under way.

4. What is your payment terms?

A: Our brand: T/T 30% as deposit, and pay the balance before shipment; OEM: 50% advance, the rest before shipment.

5. What is your lead time?

A: The regular delivery time for samples and neutral packaging is 1-2 working days; bulk order will be completed within 5-7 working days after receipt of deposit and confirmation of artwork.

6. Is the product safe?
