Q:We are a manufacturer. Our Sales office and Headquarters are in Singapore. Our manufacturing plant is located in Malaysia.
A: What is your Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Q:20MT(1FCL) for Refined Glycerine, 16MT(1 FCL) for surfactants. You may purchase a mixed container for surfactants.
A: What are the packaging options?
Q:We provide products in HDPE Drums (with or without pallets) / Metal Drums (with or without pallets) / IBC Totes / Flexibag (with or without heating pad) / ISO tanks.
A: What are the payment terms available?
Q:For new customers, we offer based on 100%TT in advance or L/C at sight.
A: When is your cargo ready for shipment?
Q:Cargo will be ready within two weeks upon receipt of payment.
A:Do you give samples for testing purposes?
Q:Yes.Being in the business we understand that it is important to provide samples as part of the product approval process.
