Caffen was founded in Naples in 1955 by its founder's passion for coffee. Even today Caffen is an artisan company that has reached its third generation but still preserving the old teachings. Our company produces blends of roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, pods and compatible capsules. We import green coffee through a careful selection of the best coffees in the world and we roast them according to the ancient Neapolitan tradition. Roasting is the most important moment to obtain an excellent blend. For this reason we use a semi-automatic roasting system with air cooling. In this way, the expert eye of a master roaster is able to monitor this delicate processing phase.
