To ensure the storability of fruits and vegetables, avoid watering or raining before picking. Fruit should be precooled as soon as possible after harvest. The air-conditioning warehouse should be equipped with sufficient pre-cooling rooms to prevent nutrient loss caused by prolonged high temperatures, and ultimately lead to fruit and vegetable rot.
