C6163B universal heavy duty lathe can perform internal and external turning, taper turning, end facing, and other rotary parts turning; Threading Inch, Metric, Module and D.P.; Perform drilling, boring and groove broaching; These series lathes operate on power supply of different voltages ( 220V, 380V, 420V) and different frequencies (50Hz,60Hz).
(1) Distortion resistant horizontal bed made of quality cast iron; induction hardened guide way, 560mm wide span.
(2) Mating part of the guide way stuck with teflon tape is wearable, shock proof and accuracy lasting.
(3) The spindle is in three support design, high rigid, high accurate and able to perform heavy cut.
Diameter of spindle thru-hole is Φ105mm.
(4) Wide range of 14 step speeds always allows selecting desired speed.
(5) Direct cutting of metric and inch threads.
(6) The spindle can be rotated in jogging mode. Braking is quick.
