Q1: How is your QC method?
A: 100% complete concealed cistern is tested. That is every single piece of complete cistern is tested.
Q2: What is the cooperation method.
A: we welcome ODM/OEM cooperate
Q3: What is your lead time?
A: Our regular product order is 7days for QTY less than 200pcs
For OEM container qty at initial order is 40-45days.
For ODM is around 70days after design confirmation (50days for moulding, 20days for producing).
Q4: What is your guarantee
A: It is 200,000times life time. 5years guarantee for public use, 10years for home use.
Q5: If I need ODM for floating valve, how much is tooling charge for mechanism?
A: 30% deposit needed to be paid, based on order quantities. Moraq start mold, after customer checking sample quality is
qualified, order is effective. If quality is not meet customer’s requirements, deposit can be returned to customer.
