Q1. How can I know the tile’s quality?
You can check the tiles anytime. If you’re unavailable , we can send the detail photo, video to u.
Q2. Can I get the sample?
Yes. The sample is FOC but the freight is collect. We usually ship by courier as the sample is small.
Q3. What is the MOQ ?
Our minimum order quantity is 200 square meter , but we suggest you to order one container , because it’s more convenient for loading .
Q4. How soon you can ship the tiles after I placed the order ?
If we have already stocks , then we can ship within 5 days . If there is no stocks , the lead time is about 15-20 days.
Q5. How you deal with the case if I found there are broken tile when I receive it?
Firstly, We will try our best to protect the tiles. Our package is carton with wood pallets which is very strong. In case there is much broken tiles due to special reasons,I’m sure you'll be properly compensated
Q6. What’s your payment terms ?
Our payments terms is T/T. 30 % deposit in advance , after we get the deposit ,we will start to arrange the goods , and 70% balance before loading . We also will accept L/C payment .
Q7. What’s the benefits for long-term customers?
