a).Be clear of the rolling direction,find out counter-clockwise and put the film on the staff then fix it.(At the same time please turn off the power).
b).please make sure the fixed slab combine the film well,also note that use rubberized fabric to stick the film on the film receiving roller tightly. B.Steps of sealing
a).Connect the power,turn on the power button,the indicator light will be on.Turn the temperature controller to the temperature you need,the green heated indicator light will be on.When the temperature of the heated board reaches the temperature you set before,the green red warm keeping indicator light will be on.(When working,the heated device will alternate between heating and warm keeping,so the green heated indicator light and the red warm keeping light will alternate be on,that's normal.
b).put the cup into the slip board, and push the slip board to the certain position by hand,press the handle to the longest distance for one or two seconds.Then lift up the handle to make it back.

Loading station.
This is a semi-automatic machine. The operator inserts the filled container into the lower molding where a sensor recognizes it and begins the cycle. The lower part of the tool moves into the sealing position. Once the cycle is completed the lower assembly slides out and lifts the container for access to the finished product. Film Control system.
A motorized system unwinds the sealing film under the cutting/sealing plate. The film guide rods have side O-rings to prevent film drift during operation. Extra guides ensure a very high seal success rate. An optical sensor provides self-calibration of film advancement with every seal. After cutting, the excess film is automatically wound to be discarded or recycled later. Sealing/cutting station.
The film is heat-sealed onto the trays and die-cut around the tray perimeter. Timing and temperature are fully controllable through the digital control panel. SAFETY FEATURES
