Epoxy Resin Domed 3D Logo Stickers
A very attractive and 'eye catching' enhancement to any product.
Polyurethane resin completely encapsulates the badge to add a 3D effect.
Any size, shape or colour badge can be produced and domed.
'Hard' and 'Soft' resin is available to suit all applications.
Ideal for logos, corporate/product branding.
A water clear flexible product that will conform to uneven surfaces and produces a tactile feel.
Ideal for applications that require flexibility within the product.
Manufacturing Technique
Resin Domes
Doming is a term for making flat labels 3-dimensional by applying a bevel of crystal clear lens onto a printed surface.
The lens is permanently bonded with the badge, encapsulating the print and protecting it from scratching or wearing.
Bevel is approximately 1/16" (1.5-2.5mm) thick. Badges are self-adhesive - just peel them off the sheet and apply directly to product.
