The top seller among our other hot selling products. Hardly no mechanical lines on the surface.Anodizing thickness between 8 to 13 μm with #100 sand blasting. Small scratch marks can be easily removed. |
Powder Coating |
Film thickness 40μm-120 μm,surface smoothly,colorful products with various mechanical performance to adopt all kinds of architectural style.Available in all kinds of color. |
Wood Grain |

Electrophoresis |
Surface is more shining and looks more smoothly than anodizing surface. No particles can stay in the air during the processing, which would allow our profile surface color to be without particles. |
Brushed |
Via mechanical brush then anodized,comes out beautiful shining lines on surface.Widely used for decoration products, such as aluminum photo frame,TV frame, kitchen cabinet trimming. Available in all kinds of colors. |
Polishing |
Shining anodized polished profiles have 3 level.Highest level can fulfill extremely high quality requirements from clients who may not want to see any mechanical line on the surface while the brightness could reach around 500 mesh. |
Sand blasting |
With visible grit on surface,sand blasting can better covers mechanical lines on mill finish.Generally applied to decoration and furniture profiles, such as sliding door, electronic frame and enclosure,skirting board. |
