Production Description
The coating system consists of amine-terminated resin, arylamine chain extender and MDI prepolymer. The product is dual-component, self-cured and thick coating anti-corrosion material. Polyurea coating is flexible, rigid, dense, continuous, seamless, super performance in waterproof, anticorrosive and protective.
Recommended Applications
This product is applied for anticorrosion, waterproof, protection for kinds of concrete substrate, metal substrate and others.

Notes:
Application methods: Brush or board brush, scraper.
Conditions for application:
1). Before application, the substrate must be completely solidified, the surface is dry, the base is smooth and clean, and the metal base is free of rust and holes.
2). The optimum application temperature of polyurea is more than 5℃.
3). The surface temperature of the substrate material should be more than 3℃ above the dew point during construction to prevent the condensation of water droplets.
4). Maximum relative humidity is not greater than 80%.
5). Construction surface must be free of grease, dust and other pollutants.
Packaging:
A component 20kg/drum and B component 20kg/drum
Storage:
(1).The A component is affected by moisture and must be protected from moisture contamination. Containers are factory sealed with an inert gas to prevent contamination. Keep all containers tightly closed during storage. For further storage after opening, containers must be purged with nitrogen gas or dry air and tightly sealed to protect from moisture contamination.
(2).Store drums and pails in a cold, dry and ventilated location between 15 ℃ and 40 ℃.
(3).Twelve months in sealed unopened containers.
(4).Keep away from fire and heat source.
(5).Keep away from rain and sun.
