Technical Specifications

  Usage: This series is a new type and brand-new structured sueding machine that is independently developed.

  Application Scope:Applicable to the sueding and brushing of various woven fabrics and knitted fabrics.Besides,it can also be used for sueding after dyeing.

 Characteristics:

   1.The fabric processed touches very soft by hand.

   2.No stripe-type defectives spots of traditional sueding machine.

   3.Minimal fabric damage.

   4.The sueding process can be replayed and the effect can be copied.

   5.The Silicon Carbide sueding roller which adopts planetary mode of operation, provides a wide contact with the fabric surface, functioning mildly with the wire imbed into fabric structures.

   6.This machine adopts PLC, human-machine interaction screen, and inverters to realize automatic control of the whole operation of it. It also has a capacity of technique parameter storage, which enables technique reappearing.

   7.This machine adopts tension sensor, which provides presetting of fabric tension and automatic feedback functions, enabling a constant-tension sueding process.

    8.The patented Al alloy triangular bracket structure and fixed spreading roller makes it easy to adjust fabric-roller contact area and spread or flatting fabric surface.

    9.The adjustable spreading rollers rotation speed and the fabric-roller contact angle can be adjusted.

1.We usually pack it by wooden pallet and air rubble film.Or wooden case.Or you can tell what packing way you like.

  2.30-45 days are needed to ship this machine once order is confirmed .
