Infrared catalytic gas heater

1. Specifications

Now based on catalytic technology, we manufacture one model gas heater for poultry house, with two ways to ignition: manual ignition (THD2606) and auto-ignition type (THD2608).

Shell: heat-resisting aluminized steel

Inner plate: cordierite honeycomb plate with rare-earth catalyst-coated (black)

Safe switch: copper flame-out protection device, automatic ignition system

2. Working system for Manual and Electric Ignited Type

2-1-1) Safe valve device for Manual ignition type

For the manual ignition type, we match with an air safe valve. It is made of copper. First press the switch and let gas in, then ignite by match or lighter. As the gas is firing ,air volume in the copper pipe go up and make the push out the switch, keep the gas going in. Once the gas is not fired or burning abnormally, the switch will keep off so that protect the gas heater security

2-1-2) Manual ignition thermostat system:

2-2-1) Working system for Electric auto-ignition thermostat system: auto-controlling, ignition system. Only need set a temperature on the controller, the gas heater is ignited or turn off by controller to keep stable temperature.

2-2-3) Working purpose

Open the gas valve, adjust the combustible gas pressure to 3500~5000pa by pressure regulating valve. Open the main power switch on controller and set the needed temperature on controller, then open the burner ignition switch, the solenoid vale supply gas for gas heater when the pulse igniter is electrified. At the same time, the pulse igniter outputs high voltage to ignition pin, and ignition needle produces electric arc so as to ignite the combustible gas in heater. Heater start work

When the thermocouple reacts the room temperature reach the setting temperature, controller will shut of solenoid valve. Gas heater stops work. Later, when sensor react the temperature is lower than setting temperature, the solenoid valve will restart to supply gas after the pulse igniter gets signal from temperature controller. Meanwhile, the pulse igniter outputs high voltage to ignition needle and re-ignite the heater, it works again. By this circulate system, it can keep a very stable and total automatic heating system.

2-2-4)  Flameout Protection

When the electric arc produced by ignition needle doesn’t ignite the flammable gas in infrared catalytic burner, pulse igniter will stop outputting high voltage and shutting solenoid valve to supply gas. It will prevent the gas from leakage and sure security. 

    If need to start again, you must open the ignition switch and pulse ignition of electric cabinet to get electricity, to reboot your ignition system normal working.
