(1) Tube feeding by vibrator
This is tube feeding device, put many tubes into the vibrator by hand, and the tube vibrator
will feed the tubes to filling station

(3) Capping part
Caps are fed by vibrator. The caps go trough the track from vibrator to the position where the capping head can get. The sensor in the track will feedback whether caps are full in the track.
The bottles which were filled coming into the star-wheel, and go with it, the sensors detect the bottles, the pre-heads rotate an angle to catch the caps then move back to above the bottles, come down to place the caps onto the bottles, and pre-capping, not fasten. Just make sure the caps will stay on the bottles mouth steady.
v Magnetic torque capping head
Tubes with caps rotate through with the star-wheel. Before arrive at the capping position, there are sensors which are used to detect caps. When bottles with caps arrive, the capping heads come town to screw capping the tubes. Then star-wheel continue rotate, when the tbes arrive at the moving conveyor, they go with the conveyor. All of the movements finished of this machine.
Magnetic torque capping head has torque restriction mechanism, will protect the caps and the screw threads on tubes mouth and caps..
