Process:

1.Automatic pressing(forming) machine
(Machine is customized according to your request, such as product shape, capacity, etc)
This machine is designed for pressing all kinds of granular materials into a round plate, and is suitable for batch production of the basic equipment. Rotary speed, the depth of the filling and tablet thickness can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer device can avoid the overload and cause damage to the machine. The machine can be another match suction powder box, through the suckers to absorb dust, avoid bonding jams, and recycle raw materials to use
2. Wrapping machine
Used to pack solid square and rectangle products with flat bottom such as bouillon cube, enveloper-wrapping chocolate, and candy etc. It adopts Globoidal indexing cam mechanism, with high indexing accuracy, stable operate and low noises.
3. Boxing machine
The boxing machine can finish automatically folding leaflet, opening box, pushing product into box, printing batch number, and sealing etc. It is applicable for packing various solid regular objects like bags, eye-drop, medicine board, cosmetics, and cookies etc.
4. Conveyor
This conveyor is developed independently by our company, used for delivery the cubes, our company is the first factory to make this boxing machine and conveyor, most big bouillon cube companies
in China are using our machines.
